ActiV Capital was established in early 2000 as a privately owned investment company based in Sandton, South Africa, the Business Capital of Africa.

We primarily target transactions "under the radar" of the major African banks and investment funds. 

ActiV applies its own capital and raises 3rd party capital from its network of investor clients.

Although we are primarily dealmakers, matching capital and superior projects, we are also involved in trading and trade finance and the development of our own mining and property assets.

We are knowledgeable about African conditions and have direct experience with the opportunities and pitfalls of investment in Africa across a wide range of industries.

We do not simply advance capital but get actively involved in our projects to optimise profit and mitigate risk and are able to advise on business administration, legals, process, structure and systems.
